Wagyu Ribeyes! SNS Master Kettle! My Favorite Steak!

See how we cooked 2 beautiful Wagyu Ribeyes from Meats by Linz! Just salt brine and a perfect sear! Slow N’ Sear Master Kettle is outstanding! • Started with two nice Wagyu Ribeyes from Meats by Linz. • Seasoned with kosher salt 4 hours in advance. • Lit the charcoal in the Slow ‘N Sear to hold around 250F degrees. • Placed the one thicker ribeye on the indirect side just to warm it up so we could sear them both and finish at medium rare. • Seared on each side for 1 minute per side two times each. The thicker one got a little more sear time to finish it. • They finished at around 132F degrees. • Let them rest and enjoyed a great dinner! Summary: These Ribeyes were excellent from Linz! Even though I did not salt brine 24 hours in advance, they had a great crust and flavor!
