Wagyu Ribeye!

Get the Monument M415BZ here: https://monumentgrills.com/erat7t Find more Monument Grills here: https://monumentgrills.com/beersjackofbbq If you enjoy grilling content, make sure to like, comment, and subscribe for more cooks throughout the season! #monumentgrills #m415bz #recipe #seartest #bbq • 2 nice Wagyu ribeyes. • Seasoned the 2 ribeyes with kosher salt 24 hours in advance. • Set up the Monument Mesa 415BZ for some indirect cooking. 2 right burners on, 2 left burners off. • Placed the ribeyes in the left side of the grill and maintained 250F degrees at the grate level, 300F on the grill thermometer. • Flipped them when they reached 80 degrees Fahrenheit. • Once they reached 110 we turned on the Right burners to high and lit the Broil Zone burner on high. Took about 45 minutes to 1 hour for this step. • We really watched to flames because the Broil Zone was amazing to sear! Did them a few times on each side for a good sear while watching the internal temps. • Let them rest for about 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into them. Summary: The Monument Mesa 415BZ is a great grill and will be staying on my back patio. I am replacing the Mesa 400 from a few years ago since this has the footprint I want and the power to sear along with the side burner. Great Grill! Great Price!
