SNS Plancha! Incredibly Seared Pork Tenderloin! On the SNS Kettle Grill! Postal BBQ Original Rub!

WOW! This is a must try! Perfectly seared Pork Tenderloin slices with an amazing crust! Postal BBQ Original Rub made it even better! • Started with 1 pork tenderloin from Costco. • Seasoned them with Postal BBQ Original Rub. • Sliced the approximately ¾” to 1”, so they would cook fast. • Set up the Slow ‘N Sear Kettle to be 2 zones. Banked some charcoal from a previous cook on one side. • Placed the Plancha on the grill and let the internal temp of the grill come up to 375 degrees. • Sprayed the Plancha with Ghee cook oil. • Placed the slices pork tenderloin over the hot side of the Plancha for 1 ½ minutes each side. • Moved them over to the cooler side to check temps and pulled them off as most had reached 145 degrees. • Covered for about 10 minutes while we set up the cameras and did the taste test.
