SNS Kettle Grill! Scallops! Seared in the Drip ’N Griddle Pan! Mmmm Good!

Seared Atlantic Sea Scallops on the SNS Drip ’N Griddle Pan on the SNS Kettle with the Slow ’N Sear! These turned out great! • Started with 1 pound of Atlantic Scallops. • Set up the new Slow ‘N Sear Kettle for direct cooking with the Slow ‘N Sear using the drip n’ griddle pan. • Put Ghee in the drip ‘n griddle pan and had it running about 425 degrees. • Place half of the scallops on the pan to start searing. • Once they had a nice sear, we turned them over. Since scallops are somewhat watery, I did have some trouble getting the sear real nice on the other side. They did turn out really nice but could have possibly had the pan a little hotter. Like I said in the video, once before I did have some cast iron too hot and charred them, so I was just being careful! • The scallops turned out great!
