Slow ’N Sear Kettle Grill Rotisserie! Ribeye Roast!

1st time using the impressive Rotisserie kit from SNS Grills! This made the ribeye roast have such a great flavor from the crust it added! • Started with a 2 bone Ribeye roast. • Trimmed some fat and used butcher twine to tie up to keep a nice round shape. • Seasoned with Grillaholics SPG about 3 hours in advance. • Centered the rotisserie rod in the center of the roast the best I could for even weight distribution. • Placed on the SNS Rotisserie. • Was shooting for a grill temp of 275F degrees using the Slow ‘N Sear attachment. • Once it got close to 80F degrees on the Meater+, we checked it to see how it looked. • When it got to about 100F degrees I opened the vents all the way to get maximum heat for the roast to finish off. • Pulled the roast when it got to 124F degrees. Summary: The Slow ‘N Sear Rotisserie is very impressive. Extremely quiet and didn’t seem to struggle turning at any time. I did overshoot the Ribeye roast a little as we like medium rare, but not by much. It was still very tasty, had a nice crust and the rub just made it better!
