Ribs! SNS Kettle Grill!

We did a nice large rack of ribs on the Slow ’N Sear Kettle Grill. Seasoned them with PS Seasonings Blue Ribbon Competition Style Rib Rub. Get your own Slow ‘N Sear Kettle: https://amzn.to/43Rbj34 • Started with a real nice rack of ribs from Hatfield Meats. • Seasoned with PS Seasoning’s Blue Ribbon Competition Style Rib Rub. • Set up the SNS Kettle for low and slow and put water in the reservoir. • Placed them on when the grill was at 260 for 3 hours. • Wrapped the rack and put them top down to promote even cooking. Let them on for 1 hour. • Pulled them out of the wrapping to tighten the coating back up. • I usually leave them uncoated for only 1 hour or so, but this one was not ready so we left it on for 1 ½ hours. • Pulled them off before they were fall off the bone which is how I like them. But were still tasty. Summary: The PS Seasoning’s Rib rub has some great flavor. I should have left them wrapped for the full 2 hours. With the thickness these had, I could have done a true 3-2-1 cook and will try that again!
