Rec Tec RT-B380 Bullseye Prime Tomahawk Ribeyes!

Reversed Seared 2 Tomahawks on our new Rec Tec 380 Bullseye. Use Pit Patriot All Purpose and added crab butter to finish them off! • Started with two 35 oz Tomahawk Ribeyes, Prime Cut. • Salt brined on all sides of the Tomahawks before vacuum sealing and freezing. • Seasoned them with Pit Patriot All Purpose Seasoning. My go to steak seasoning! • Set up the Rec Tec 380 Bullseye to run at 250. • Placed the two tomahawks on until they reached about 80 degrees and then turned them over to promote even cooking until 110. • Turned the grill up to Riot mode and it reached 750 degrees. • Seared them direct on the grates for 1 minute each side with the lid closed and then 1 minute each side with the lid open to get some flames to do the searing. • Let them rest for about 10 to 15 minutes and added crab butter before cutting into them. Summary: Prime Tomahawk Rib Eyes turned out perfect! The Rec Tec 380 Bullseye did an outstanding job on cooking and searing these steaks! The Pit Patriot All Purpose is my favorite for steaks and the jumbo lump crab butter I made was a nice addition to these incredible steaks. Please subscribe and leave comments.
