Porter Road Teres Major Steak! MESA 200S for the sear!

Teres means rounded in Latin, but you might forget that, your name, and everything else once you take a bite of this steak. This incredible butcher's cut is also known as the "petit tender" because the texture so closely resembles that of tenderloin. Summary: The Mesa 200S is the perfect grill for a small family, couple, or single person with limited space, but want a great grill! The Teres Major was a very good steak. It has been compared to filet, but I would compare it to a real good sirloin and not quite as tender as a filet. Very beefy and this was a great meal!
