Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches on the Plancha! Slow ’N Sear Kettle! Pit Patriot Combo!

Plancha Flattop Grill! See how we made some incredible sandwiches on the SNS Kettle! Pit Patriot Seasoning and Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce was outstanding! • Started with 1 whole Pork Tenderloin cut into cubes. • Set up the Slow ‘N Sear Kettle to be 2 zones. Banked some charcoal from a previous cook and some new on one side. • Placed the Plancha on the grill and let the internal temp of the grill come up to 375 degrees. • Sprayed the Plancha with cooking spray. • Put on the peppers and onions until softened and moved to the cooler side. • Added some Canola oil before putting on the pork tenderloin. Added some Pit Patriot Seasoning and cooked until done! • Mixed everything together and made some sandwiches. • Toasted the roll, added some mozzarella cheese, the meat, peppers and onions, added some more cheese. Put back on the grill to melt the cheese and topped with Pit Patriot Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce. Summary: The Plancha worked perfectly for this and had plenty of room to do this cook.
