Dino Ribs on the SNS Kettle! Super tender!

See how we cooked these Dino Ribs from Porter Road on the Slow N’ Sear Kettle. Seasoned with Grillaholics SPG Rub. • We started with a 3 bone beef Dino Ribs from Porter Road. • We seasoned the Dino Ribs with Grillaholics SPG before the cook. • Got the SNS Kettle running about 250 degrees with apple wood for the smoke and put the ribs on. • We placed The MeatStick in the side, but had to move it to make sure we were not in a fat layer. • When it got to 100 or so, we turned the ribs to promote even cooking. • Once we got to 160 we wrapped in foil and added beef broth. • When it just got over 200 degrees, we checked for tenderness, and it was done. • We pulled it off and let it rest for over an hour and then dug in! Summary: These Dino Ribs from Porter Road were really tasty. This chuck was a little more fatty than I would have liked, but it did have great marbling in the meat sections. The flavor was outstanding!
