Chicken Thighs on the Slow ’N Sear Travel Kettle!

Shop Grillaholics and use discount code BEERSJACK at https://www.grillaholics.com/?ref=beersjack Get your own Slow ‘N Sear Travel Kettle: https://amzn.to/43Rbj34 • Started with a full pack of boneless skin on Bell and Evans Chicken Thighs. • Seasoned with Grillaholics Herbacious Hen. • Set up the SNS Travel Kettle to run hot with the SNS Basket. • Was shooting for a grill temp of 400F degrees. • Placed all of the chicken thighs skin up to start the cook, the grill was loaded. • Left them on for 25 minutes and then flipped them for the next 15 minutes and then put the thighs over direct heat for some color on the bottom. Once they all reached near 170F degrees, we pulled them off and set up for the ending. Summary: The Slow ‘N Sear Travel Kettle always does a great job and the Gillaholics Herbacious Hen really tasted great and you could notice it has a low salt content! The smell was outstanding. We didn’t get the temp up on the cook like I wanted to, and I think that was from using older charcoal that was sitting in the grill for a few weeks. I did not add much new charcoal to this cook. But the thighs still turned out great!
