ChefsTemp ProTemp S1 & Breezo Fan Review! Tested on the SNS Kettle!

I am a huge fan of their products because they just work! In combination with the ChefsTemp Breezo Fan my SNS Kettle was turned into a smart grill. This set up got my grill temp to exactly what I put in and shortened the time needed to get to temp. When I needed to get ready for searing the fan worked perfectly to get that fire nice and hot! • The Cook! • We used 2 beautiful wagyu ribeyes from Hassle Cattle Company. • Seasoned with kosher salt 24 hours in advance. • Use the S1 and Breezo to set up the SNS Kettle for cooking them indirectly with the grill temp at 250F. • Put the steaks on and when we got to 80F we flipped them for even cooking and at 115F we pulled them off while we got the grill hot for searing. • Changed the settings for the S1 to 400F and within minutes the S1 and Breezo had the temp rise to my set temp of 400F. • Seared on each side for 1 minute per side two times each. • Let them rest and enjoyed a great dinner!
