I am a huge fan of their products because they just work! The Cook! • Got 2 nice Chuck Eye Steaks from Porter Road! • Seasoned with Grillaholics Brazilian Steakhouse rub 2 hours before cooking. • Set up the SNS Travel Kettle for cooking them indirectly until we reached 80F degrees, flipped them until they reached 115F • Opened all of the vents to get the fire nice and hot and seared them 1 minute per side 2X each. • Let them rest and cut into them! Summary: Chuck Eyes bring back some great memories and it a fantastic steak at a reasonable price!, The new Brazilian Steakhouse rub from Grillaholics really added some nice flavor.
