Bratwurst Patty’s on the SNS Travel Kettle!

Used PS Seasoning Garlic and Onion Bratwurst Seasoning to make the patty’s. Forgot the casing and just made the Patty’s! LOL • My son-in-law Sean and I made venison sausage and for this batch we used PS Seasoning Onion and Garlic Bratwurst Seasoning. • Set up the SNS Travel Kettle for indirect cooking the entire time. • Lit the charcoal in the Slow ‘N Sear to hold around 250F to 275F degrees. • Placed the sausage Patty’s on the indirect side to warm up. • After a few minutes put them over the coals to start giving them some color. • Realized I only had the smoke hole open, so had a low fire, but just went with it until they hit 160F to 165F degrees and we pulled them off. Summary: The brat has such great flavor and these make a great lunch! The travel kettle is perfect for these types of cooks! Ingredients for 10 lbs Sausage: 7 lbs lean venison meat cubed 3 lbs pork trimmings PS Seasoning Onion and Garlic Bratwurst Seasoning Grind meat and mix in ingredients.
