Thinly sliced Prime Sirloin Steaks made into fantastic cheesesteak sandwiches! On the Blackstone sandwich machine! Killer Hogs Seasoning. • Started with 3 nice prime sirloin steaks, a medium size onion and some jalapeno peppers. • Placed them in the freezer for about 1 hour to make them firm so I could slice them thin. • Set up the Blackstone with all burners on low and only turned it up at the end when I made the sandwiches. • Started with the peppers and onions until they were a little soft. • Seasoned the prime sirloin with Killer Hogs Steak Seasoning. • Cooked the sirloin until close to done and then mixed in the onions. • Sprayed the flattop with some ghee before toasting the bread. • Built and toasted the sandwiches. Started with Boarshead White American, then jalapeno peppers and the steak and onions until done. Summary: These turned out great and I love making all kinds of sandwiches on the Blackstone. Prime made a difference for sure because of the marbling for tenderness.
