At the end, I break down my real takeaways. Battery life is the biggest upgrade for me—on normal days I’m finishing with like 50–60%, which is honestly crazy compared to my old phone. Camera-wise, having 13mm ultra wide, 24mm, and 100mm in your pocket is such a game changer for travel, and there were moments while color grading where I genuinely couldn’t tell the difference between the iPhone and the Sony. But it’s not all perfect: vlogging is harder with no flip screen, I end up defaulting to 13mm to stay in frame, and low light / inconsistent lighting is where the image falls apart quicker. Also… the silver finish is hands down the best color.
