In this solo weekly vlog, I’m taking you through a productive (but still soft-life) couple of days in New York—starting with the Color Factory. It’s such a cute museum experience, and if you’re in NYC and you’ve never been, I’m telling you… do it. After that I’m back home decompressing, opening a new hair package, and getting into a quick wig moment. The color was hot, it was giving something different, and because it was glueless it was super easy to throw on—still deciding if it’s a “keep it” though. Then we get into my “I’ve been in a funk” era, so I force myself outside: Starbucks to edit (because if I stay home, I’ll literally just lay there), a Target run where I’m proud of myself for buying nothing, and a little reset day with nails. Of course, I end up at Sephora because spending money there is truly one of my favorite activities—especially when I’m restocking staples and trying new base products. I’m talking House Labs foundation, Rare Beauty (I love her down), Charlotte Tilbury setting spray, and a few extras I’ve been testing. We wrap it up with natural hair out (because yes, it’s a lot) and a fun fair + food moment to end the week on a good note.
