Come spend a few days with me as a 20-something living in New York and really trying to do this “soft life” thing the way I actually like it: matcha, Pilates, cute little plans, and a little retail therapy (in the name of self-love… you know what I mean). I start with a quick matcha taste test and head to Pilates—my second time at this studio—and it was fun but whew… the abs were ABS-ing. I’m definitely booking more classes because I can already tell my body is about to be on fire. Then we get into the NYC errands and maintenance days: I tried to shop but honestly it was too much to vlog and browse at the same time. I also switch up my hair because that bun was never going to last, and I’m trying to grow my hair so protective styles are a must.
