This week’s NYC visual diary is very much “commercials and vibes” because I’m not even gonna lie… I wasn’t really feeling the vibes, but I still tried to make the best out of my week. I started with dinner in the city, then I stayed around a little to shop because I saw some cute summer pants and I was tempted (even though the itis had me ready to go straight home). It’s one of those New York weeks where you’re outside, but you’re also tired, and that’s real life. The main moment was my boyfriend’s birthday prep. I put together a small surprise—balloons (yes, one popped and I had to go back… story of my life when you don’t have a car) and indoor skydiving. We’re both scared of heights, so I don’t know why I booked that, but we did it, we survived, and it was actually fun. After that, we picked up his cake (even though we don’t even eat cake like that), chilled while he helped me pick Instagram pics, and then I wrapped the vlog with a simple Saturday: ramen and a “ghetto” AMC movie night. Slow week, but still cute.
