Hi and welcome to my channel (again). In this video I’m doing my NEW YEAR RESET for 2023—even though it’s February 3rd—because I didn’t want to pressure myself to do everything on day one. I’m reflecting on 2022 and how it was genuinely a good year for me: a lot of self-love, a lot of growth in content creation, and even traveling for the first time (with friends). I also talk about how working with brands I love showed me that if I put my mind to something, I really can do it. Then I get into the actual reset: clearing space on my phone, iPad, and laptop because my storage is always fighting for its life with stuff from literally 10 years ago. From there I set realistic goals—nothing that’s going to set me up to feel disappointed. My big focus is building healthier habits (writing everything down, using reminders, being more active at home, and adding more greens while still enjoying my food). I also make a vision board on my iPad using Canva + Pinterest so I can keep it as a screensaver and see my goals every day. This is the start of my YouTube journey, and I want it to feel like a FaceTime with my homegirls.
