I've tried a few different ways to demonstrate art steps to my students and these are the two I've found that work best for me. 1. On my projector from a camera hooked up to my computer (I used to try air playing from my iPad and use the camera, but it becomes glitchy and dies faster) 2. Flat from a central table area. (I tried an easle, but it was clunky and took up too much floor/table space) I mostly use the document camera because it makes things bigger. But sometimes they listen better when it's right in front of them instead of on the screen. Document camera I use (not an affiliate link, currently unavailable). I like this one because it is sturdy and swivels and moves very easily. Plus it has pretty good picture quality for a $30ish camera. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0868H9NN8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
