I've had this idea to design and create my own coloring pages for a while. I know I do a lot of pottery, but I still LOVE illustration. This design is based on my current summer surroundings in New Mexico. I love the blooming prickly pear cacti, and there are always roadrunners in my neighborhood. Watch as I cram 2.5 hours of work into a 10-minute timelapse and yap about creation and stuff. You can download this coloring page here -- https://fabulous-trailblazer-38.kit.com/5474986c25 The coloring contest goes until July 20th, 2025. After that, you can just color for funzies. About This Video

I’ve had the idea to make my own coloring pages for a while, and in this video I finally sit down and create my very first one—Summer Kitty meets Roadrunner. Even though I do a lot of pottery on this channel, illustration is still a huge part of who I am, and this design is basically a love letter to my current New Mexico surroundings. I’m talking prickly pear cactus blooms, that bright summer vibe, and the roadrunners that are always running around my neighborhood. You’re watching me cram about 2.5 hours of drawing into a 10-minute timelapse while I yap about the creative process and how the piece comes together. I’m working on my iPad using the free version of Sketchbook, which I love because it still gives me layers and a bunch of tools without making it complicated. If you want to color along, I made the page available to download, and I’m also running a coloring contest until July 20th, 2025—after that, you can absolutely still print it and color for funzies.
