I have so many serums and treatments I reach for when my skin is sensitized, and in this video I’m sharing my favorite barrier-supporting options that actually help me calm redness, hydrate, and rebuild when my skin is irritated. I kept this list a little flexible because some of these are technically “serums,” but I also included face mists and multitasking treatments that can act like extra steps depending on what your skin needs. The goal is simple: give you multiple textures and ingredient profiles so you can take what applies—whether you’re oily, dry, acne-prone, or dealing with a flare-up.
