It has been awhile since I published my original GTM explanation. A lot has happened since, so I updated it to include the latest in sales and marketing go to market strategies such as Product Led Growth (PLG) but also a variety of Go To Market models for customer success. This is the start of a series of videos I am publishing over the weeks to come, describing 7 different models to develop a proper GTM strategy 1. Business Model - SaaS (annual, monthly), Perpetual, AdRev etc. 2. Data Model - Are we based on MQLs, PQLs etc. 3. Mathematical Model - How do we grow the business based on getting more leads (additive), new wins (exponential), or existing clients (compound) 4. Growth Model - Is it all just about T2D3, Hypergrowth? We will discuss the sustainable model as the growth model for the next years 5. GTM Model - Discussed in this video, presents an idea how to structure your marketing, sales and customer success resources. 6. Design Model - How to build each component, organizational structure, process, enablement of GTM resources etc. 7. Blueprint Model - Present blueprints of each model and show you how to DIY.
