In this video I take a look at the Vagus Nerve Stimulation device, Pulsetto Fit and Pusletto Lite. I test to see the effects VNS has on me and if it helps with anxiety, stress, depression and pain! It also can improve sleep and general all round health. For more info: https://pulsetto.tech/ There are two devices which I found to work very similar, The Lite is cheaper but not as many options for adjustments to make better fitting. The Fit comes with two cushions and all round a better made product. The Fit also has a bigger battery and more premium features however as mentioned its not that much of a different expectance to the Lite. About This Video

In this video I tested the Pulsetto Fit and Pulsetto Lite — external vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) devices that basically “electrocute” your neck in the name of science. I show exactly how to position it (find your pulse, then move slightly down), how I apply the conductive gel without ending up with a sticky neck, and how the app sessions work. I run through the free sessions like stress, anxiety, sleep and pain, and I also demonstrate why you absolutely shouldn’t start on max intensity unless you want your neck muscles trying to escape your body. After a few weeks of using it, my honest take is: it doesn’t… but it kind of does. I found the sleep session genuinely relaxing (it can feel like a pulsing neck massage), so if it chills you out before bed, you’ll probably sleep better. For pain and stress/anxiety though, I’m not convinced it’s doing anything magical — it felt more like distraction or placebo, and I explain why that “2 weeks to a month” claim is hard to judge. I also flag a few things that made me wary: constant “sale” pricing, being asked to send a draft for approval (I don’t do that), and pressure around affiliate links (I turned that down). Add the £300-ish price and the cheap-feeling plastic build, and it’s not really for me — even though plenty of users say it works for them.
