Morning y’all—this one’s just me down here with my cow, doing a little housekeeping for the folks that keep up with True Grit: Appalachian Ways. First off, I truly do want to say thank you. This channel’s grown, and with growth comes adjustments, challenges, and a few “let’s figure this out” moments. I’m grateful for every view, every kind word, and every bit of support you’ve shown me and Andy. I talked about a few changes with the stuff y’all ask about most. The coffee mugs are on hold for now—truth is, we had some growing pains with them, and I’m not sure when they’ll be back in stock. Same goes for the True Grit merch (shirts, hats, and all that). We’re taking that over from a third party who did a fabulous job, and we’ve got a small family friend business lined up to help us move forward, but it’s paused while we get it set up. When it comes back, me and Andy will be packing and shipping it ourselves. And the sausage seasoning will start showing back up in small batches on the website as we can, selling out and restocking as life allows. Y’all have a wonderful weekend, and I’ll see you Monday.
