Today in the kitchen, I set out to make a classic chicken pot pie but the crust had other plans. It crumbled, it cracked, and it just might be the ugliest pie I’ve ever made. But here’s the thing: it still tasted absolutely delicious! That’s the heart of down home REAL cooking — food doesn’t have to be perfect to bring comfort and joy. Come sit a spell in the kitchen with me as I share not just the recipe, but the stories that make this kind of home cooking special. Thank you for laughing and cooking along with us — your support means more than you know 💛 Be sure to also check out our good friends over at Sheraton Park Farms, if you love our content here I know you’ll love them as well!
