Morning in the Garden, Supper on the Table, Hay in the Field || September 2025

We started the morning together in the garden, picking vegetables in the cool air. After lunch, Andy raked the hay while the kids and I shelled fresh black-eyed peas. By evening, I was frying okra, cooking country ham, simmering green beans, and baking cornbread, while Andy rolled the hay into round bales. A full day of family, food, and farm life.
