It’s fall on the homestead, and that means it’s time to tuck away the harvest 🍎🥔 Today, Meagan works on making apple scrap jelly (with a few hiccups along the way!) and dehydrating apples to put up for the season. Meanwhile, Andy tends to the animals and explains what’s going on with our pastures right now. Later, we head down to the old stable to clean out our potato box and fill it with this year’s potatoes for winter storage. As we work, we share a bit about the old barn — a place full of memories, though it’s showing its age and might not stand many more years.
