Today Andy is showing the garden some love and giving some tips along the way, we are also getting our peppers planted. Meagan is busy in the kitchen making strawberry jam (without sure jell)and butter. It's a busy but exciting time of year! *Update* We ate some of the jam since the filming of this video and it's the best we've ever had or made! A little on the thinner side so I may cook it just a little longer next time! Stawberry Jam 6 cups strawberries 5 cups sugar 2 Tbsp Vinegar Chop strawberries to consistency you desire. Add sugar. Bring to a rolling boil that doesn't stop when stirred. Boil for 20 minutes. When around 5 minutes are remaining, add vinegar. Add to sterilized jars and can per USDA recommendations!
