75 FINAL Cod Nets in ARCTIC (BIG Catch) #3

This is the final stretch of our Arctic cod fishing trip, the last two days out on the water up in Finnmark, combined into one episode! After everything the weather threw at us earlier in the week, these were the calmer days, clear skies, snow-capped mountains, and steady fishing in some of the most beautiful scenery in Northern Norway. We are right at the end of the skrei season now, fishing way up north a few hours from the North Cape, the most remote corner of the country. In this video we run our last chains of nets, haul in the final catch of the trip, and bring everything in before heading home. Skrei is a type of Arctic cod that migrates down to the Norwegian coast every winter, and fishermen travel from all over to chase it. After two weeks of transport trouble, storms, and big seas, this is how the trip comes to an end. This is part three, the finale of our three part Arctic fishing series.
