The saithe turn on fast, haddock and ling join, and the tank starts to brim. Then a 25 kilo monkfish bites onto a saithe that is on the net not in it and we wrestle it aboard. Rain moves in, batteries fade, but the fish keep coming. Everything is bled and iced for quality.
