The amazon sellers app makes a chaching sound or cash register sound when a sale is made. A notification also shows up in the upper left of your cell phone screen. If this is not happening there is a way to turn on the notifications. To do this go to your phones settings and select apps. Then go to amazon sellers app turn on notifications. Lastly close phone settings and click amazon sellers app. Go to the settings cog an notifications. turn on the check boxes that you would like to have make a notification. About This Video

In this video I show you how to get the Amazon Seller app “cha-ching” (cash register) sound back when you make a sale, plus how to make sure the sale notification actually pops up at the top of your phone. If you’ve got the app installed but it’s staying silent, it’s usually because notifications are blocked at the phone level or the Seller app’s push notification options aren’t enabled. First, I walk through the phone settings side: swipe down, hit the settings toggle, scroll to Apps, find the Amazon Seller app, and go into Notifications. From there I turn notifications on and make sure sound and vibration are allowed, and I enable the options I want like lock screen, badges, and popups. After that, I jump into the Amazon Seller app itself (menu in the upper left, then the settings gear), go into Push Notifications, and check the boxes for the events I want to trigger that cha-ching—payment confirmation and ship order now are the big ones for me, and I also enable Prime order notifications. Once those two layers are set, you’re good to go.
