In this video I’m catching up with y’all during a very real “mornings with Misty” moment—aka I’m not caffeinated yet, my iPad is being dramatic, and I’m trying to get my life together before filming more videos (yes, including that bra video Emily is waiting on). I show you the booth setup changes Emiline and Rachel helped me with, talk through my plan for a gallery wall of trinket shelves, and share a fun DIY idea: using wooden silverware holders nailed together to make a faux printer’s drawer. Then we get into the HUGE Goodwill Outlet (bins) haul—because you know I can’t leave the weird, the nostalgic, or the tiny treasures behind. I’m pulling everything from vintage-style toys and Fisher Price goodies for my grandbaby, to hats, ornaments, patches, plush, and random collectibles like Blockbuster nostalgia and a Barbie suitcase that unlocked a whole memory. I also share what I’m keeping vs. what’s headed to buyer’s choice, what needs researching (like those giant Aloha beach towels), and how I’m always balancing “I’m cheap” with “okay but is it worth money?” Plus, I give a little peek into VAMP life—because we’re always cooking up something extra over there.
