Greetings and salutations, fellow earthlings of this planet—today I’m doing a FULL day of thrifting in Bloomington, Indiana with my mom (Daria), and yes…we started with coffee because priorities. We hit the Goodwill by the mall first (I still miss the old location—parking is horrible and the vibes are different), but we still managed to find some really good stuff. I even spent $68 in there, which I have not done in a long time, and I grabbed some pieces for a future project because I’m building a whole wall of trinket shelves for my miniatures. From there we bounced around to Salvation Army (feast or famine, always) and then Opportunity House, where I actually pulled out my eBay app to check comps on a London mug. I love showing how I make those quick reselling decisions—sometimes it’s a “yes,” and sometimes it’s a hard pass if the price is too high for the condition. We also stopped into Vintage Souls on Second Street (highly recommend), found some hilarious and cute stuff, and I even splurged on a wrestling book for Mark—woo! Heads up: the haul is coming in the next video because this shop-along was already getting long, and you know me…I want to show you everything.
