In this video I’m talking about Sonic Racing Crossworlds on PS4/PS4 Pro, and yeah… it’s okay, but there’s a real “but” to it. The big thing you need to know is the PS4 version runs at 30 frames per second. If 30fps doesn’t bother you, then by all means, this version is playable and you can have a good time with it. Now if you’re somebody that cares about smoothness, then I’m keeping it real with you: you’re better off on another platform. I’d tell you to go PS5, Xbox Series S/X, or even wait/play on the Nintendo Switch 2 version, because that one is supposed to be 60fps and 1440p. What surprised me though is that the PS4/PS4 Pro version actually looks better than the original Switch version, and I don’t see a lot of PS4/PS4 Pro gameplay on YouTube like that, so I wanted to show what it really looks like. Bottom line: it’s not a bad game, just not the ideal way to play if 30fps is a dealbreaker for you.
