In this one I’m doing a very scientific comparison: riding in North Carolina in the USA vs riding back home in Ireland… and yes, my English is still absolutely flawless. I talk through what actually changes when you swap Irish roads for NC roads—how the flow feels, what the surfaces are like, and the general “vibe” of a ride when you’re not dodging the same stuff you’re used to. It’s less about which place is objectively best and more about what’s “more better” depending on what kind of ride you’re chasing. I’m coming at it as a travel-and-review kind of rider, so I’m thinking about the whole experience: the roads, the scenery, the riding pace, and what you notice when you’ve got miles under you in two very different places.
