In this video I’m talking about something that apparently makes some people absolutely feral: I don’t want children. That’s it. That’s the whole crime. I’m not telling anyone else what to do, I’m not judging parents, and I’m definitely not campaigning to end the human race—I’m just explaining my own choice and why it works for my life. And somehow, somewhere, someone will read a title like this and decide to be mad at me about a decision that has literally zero effect on them. Humans are wild. I get into the whole “childless by choice” thing, the assumptions people love to throw at you, and the weird pressure to justify yourself like you’re applying for a license. The takeaway is pretty simple: you don’t owe strangers an explanation for your life plan, and being happy with a different path doesn’t mean you hate anyone else’s. I’d rather spend my time chasing roads, fixing bikes, testing gear, and generally trying to enjoy the one life I’ve got—without needing internet approval for it.
