In this training update I’m sitting down after a big confidence-boosting weekend where I ran a 70:39 half marathon PB, and I’m using it as a proper checkpoint for London Marathon prep. I talk through what’s changed in my marathon training this time around, what I’m keeping the same, and why I’m trying to be smart about stacking consistent weeks rather than getting carried away off one good result.
