What’s up, TM Nation?! In this video I put the SoundPEATS Air5 Pro+ true wireless earbuds through a full real-world review—unboxing, fit, sound, ANC, battery, calls, and even gaming latency. On paper they’re stacked for the money: Bluetooth 5.4, up to 30 hours with the case, adaptive ANC, lossless codec support, and a low-latency mode. I also talk about the design because the matte case doesn’t attract fingerprints, and the earbuds have that clean minimalist look with gold accents that honestly screams quality. The big story is the sound. These are using a hybrid driver setup (and no, it’s not just marketing to me)—an XM silicon speaker for speed and detail, plus a 10mm driver handling the low end. With LDAC/AptX Lossless-capable gear (I used my Q-style dongle pro), I got bass that hits with authority without getting muddy, rich mids, and smooth highs with very little harshness. Out of the box they were a bit flat for my taste, but once I played with EQ (or used the in-app sound test), they came alive. I also cover the trade-offs: ANC is solid for the price but not flagship-level, and battery drops hard with LDAC (around 3–4 hours). Still, at $129 retail—and even better with launch discounts—these punch above their weight class if you want a real upgrade without paying flagship money.
