About This Video

Man… 2025 felt long and fast at the same time. In this video I’m basically popping in to say thank you, because I haven’t done a real thank-you video in a minute and we’re about to roll into 2026. We hit 1,000 subs earlier this year and now we’re sitting around 1,700, and that’s straight up because y’all keep showing love—comments, likes, even the “negative” stuff. I’m still going to make the content I want to make, because if you like what I do you’ll stick around, and if you don’t… go watch something else. That’s not me being mad, that’s just reality. I also talk about where I want to take the channel in 2026. I’m thinking less “deep dive” product reviews and more workflow-style videos—showing a few gadgets working together on my desk setup and how they actually impact my day-to-day. The only issue is my studio is efficient but not pretty: cables, lights, cameras, mics going into two PCs, and I’d need more mounting/rigging to clean it up. I also touch on using the Elgato Prompter—love it for eye contact and framing, but I’m still not a big “read scripts” guy because it can feel less genuine. And the wild part: even at 1,700 subs, I had companies reach out about CES opportunities. That honestly blew my mind, and it’s a reminder—improve your content, don’t rely on a webcam, get a real camera and lens if you can, because you never know who’s watching.
