About This Video

In this tutorial, I walk you through exactly how to use Brevo’s HTML editor to create fully custom email designs. If you want complete control over your layout, styling, and any custom-coded elements, the HTML custom code option inside the campaign builder is where you’ll get the most flexibility. I start from the left sidebar (Marketing → Campaigns), create a new email campaign, and quickly set the basics like campaign name, optional tags, and folders so you can stay organized. Then I go through the core campaign sections—sender, recipients, subject line, and preview text—before jumping into the Design step. From there, I choose Create from scratch → HTML custom code, which opens the editor with a code panel on the left and a live preview on the right that updates instantly as you type or paste in your HTML. I also show you the menu option to “open with simple editor” if you ever want to switch to a more basic interface. Once your design looks right in the preview (text, colors, images, buttons, spacing), you just Save and quit, double-check the campaign details, and then schedule or send.
