In this video I show you how to automate your email marketing with Brevo so your emails can run on autopilot and hit your audience at the right moment—without you doing everything manually. I walk you through the Automations tab, where all your workflows live, and then I show you how to create a new automation using the “Create an automation” button. From there, you can either build from scratch or pick a ready-made template based on your goal. The core of this tutorial is setting up a simple but powerful workflow: choose a trigger (like “email opened”), refine it with filters (select a list/segment and the exact email they need to open), and then define the action—sending an automated follow-up email. I also show you how to build or load your email inside the workflow, preview it, set subject line and preview text, and pick a verified sender name/email so everything looks professional in the inbox. Once you click “Activate automation,” Brevo will automatically send your follow-up whenever the trigger condition is met.
