About This Video

In this tutorial, I walk you through exactly how I manage and analyze reports in Brevo so you can track email performance and understand how your campaigns are doing. Inside Brevo, I go to the left-side menu, open the Marketing tab, and click Campaigns. From there, you’ll see your full list of campaigns with statuses like draft, sent, or scheduled—and this is important: reports only show up for campaigns that have already been sent. Once you find the campaign you want to analyze, I click the small report icon next to the three-dot menu to open the detailed report page. This is where Brevo gives you the key metrics at a glance—open rate, click rate, delivery rate, total clicks, and unsubscribes—plus deeper sections like Overview, Deliverability, Opens, Clicks, and Unsubscribes. I show you what to look for in each section, including open timing, Apple MPP opens, link-level click performance, bounce reasons, and unsubscribe trends. The goal is simple: use these analytics to spot what’s working, clean up what’s not (like deliverability issues), and make more data-driven decisions for your next campaigns.
