Hey there guys, Chad here. In this Brevo CRM tutorial, I walk you through everything you need to know to manage leads and deals inside of Brevo from start to finish. I start with a quick overview of what Brevo CRM actually is and why it’s useful—basically, it keeps your leads, deals, and communications organized in one place so you can stay focused on turning prospects into customers. Then I show you how to create your Brevo account, verify your email, and get familiar with the CRM area in the left-hand menu (contacts, lists, segments, companies, deals, tasks, and more). From there, we get hands-on with the core workflow. I show you how to create segments so you can filter leads based on real actions (like email sent in the last 6 months), and how to stack rules with AND/OR to refine your list. Next, I cover adding and managing companies, including the overview/history/associations sections and how to link contacts, deals, and tasks so everything stays connected. Finally, I show you how to create deals in the pipeline, drag and drop them between stages, and create follow-up tasks (with due dates, reminders, and priorities) so nothing slips through the cracks.
