Hi guys, Chad here. In this tutorial I walk you through how to integrate Brevo with Zapier step by step, so you can automate simple workflows without touching code. Inside Zapier, I show you exactly where to create a new Zap, how triggers and actions work, and how to pick Brevo as your trigger app. For the example, I use the “contact unsubscribed” trigger so you can see a real-world use case for keeping your data clean and synced. The most important part is connecting your Brevo account the right way, and that means grabbing your API key from Brevo. I show you where to find it (Settings → SMTP & API), how to generate a new API key, and how to paste it into Zapier to complete the connection. From there, I test the trigger, then build an action using Google Sheets (Add Row), map Brevo fields like name, email, and subscription status, and run a test action to confirm everything is working. Once you publish the Zap, every unsubscribe can automatically log to your sheet (or any other app you choose), which saves time and keeps your records organized.
