About This Video

In this video, I walk you through how to create a complete sales pipeline in Brevo so you can organize leads, track opportunities, and manage revenue a lot more efficiently. I start right from the left sidebar by heading into the CRM tab, then I show you exactly where the pipeline and deal tools live—inside the Deals area. Think of that Deals page as your main command center, because it’s where you’ll track deals, move them across stages, and monitor your sales activity. From there, I show you how to create a deal step by step using the “Create a deal” button. We go through every field in the popup: associating the deal with a contact (and optionally a company), naming the deal clearly, choosing the right stage (like new lead, lead qualified, demo scheduled, or demo done), setting the amount, and adding an estimated close date for better forecasting. I also show you how to enable “Create a task” so you can tie follow-ups directly to the deal with a due date and time. Once it’s created, you can drag and drop the deal through stages for a clean visual overview of your pipeline in real time.
