In this video, I walk you through exactly how to create a drip campaign in Brevo using Automations → Workflows. I start from the dashboard and show you where everything lives (workflows, sequences, messages, logs, templates), then I click “Create an automation” and use a pre-built template so you’re not building from scratch. If you’re new to Brevo, this is the fastest way to get a clean, working structure in place without overcomplicating it. From there, I break down the three core parts of a simple drip workflow: the trigger (Contact added to list), the delay (like waiting 2 days), and the action (Send an email). I show you how to connect the right list, adjust the timing, and design the email inside Brevo’s editor—subject line, preview text, sender name, and sender email included. Then I explain how to extend the sequence by repeating delays and emails (welcome → wait 3 days → follow-up, etc.), how to test it using the “Test” button, and finally how to activate the automation so every new contact entering that list automatically starts the drip campaign.
