About This Video

Hey there guys, Chad here. In this video I walk you through exactly how to create a Brevo signup form and embed it on your website so you can start collecting emails right away. I start inside Brevo by going to Marketing → Forms, then I click Create signup form and choose the Full page or Embedded form option (the default). From there, I name the form and jump into the editor where you can build the form with drag-and-drop blocks like titles, text, images, and dividers, plus fields like email, name, phone, and other attributes. Next, I show you how to make the form actually look good using the Form Design panel—this is where you adjust typography, colors, layout, buttons, spacing, and alert styles so it matches your website branding. After that, I connect the form to the right Brevo list (this part is mandatory), choose whether you want double opt-in confirmation or instant signup, and customize the success/error messages your visitors will see. Finally, I take you to the Share section where you can copy the hosted link, grab a QR code, or (most importantly) copy the iframe/HTML embed code and paste it into your site so people can subscribe without leaving the page.
