In this tutorial, I show you exactly how to connect Brevo with Google Sheets so you can sync contact and campaign data automatically. The key thing to understand is that Brevo and Google Sheets need a “bridge” to talk to each other—and in this setup, that bridge is Zapier. The big win here is you can automate the whole workflow without writing any code. I walk you through building the Zap manually (even though Zapier has an AI co-pilot) so you actually understand what’s happening. We start by creating a new Zap, choosing Brevo as the trigger app, and selecting a trigger event like “marketing email delivered.” Then I show you where to find your Brevo API key (Settings → SMTP & API → API keys) so you can connect Brevo to Zapier correctly. After that, we add Google Sheets as the action, pick whether we want to create or update rows, select the right spreadsheet/worksheet, and run a test to confirm the data lands in the correct columns.
